Willow is an 8 year old German Wirehair Pointer who both ground and air scents. Both she and I are Deer Search certified. We are located in Scottsville approx 7 miles SW of Rochester NY. As the 2024 season is now closed this is the summary of ouryear. We did 24 tracks and 9 deer were recovered. Of the nine three were still alive and had to be dispatched. Of the 15 deer not recovered five hunters called me to say their deer later showed up on camera or were harvested later in the season - only one hunter called to say they recovered the deer 50 yards downwind of where we called the track. .We tracked in Monroe, Orleans, Livingston, Genesee, Niagara and Allegheny counties.
