“Hillock” tracking collar by Permatack

Description

This is a full 2″ wide collar with a Solid brass swivel. It comes in brown only. The edges of the collar are rounded so no sharp edge to cut into a dogs neck. Very flexable yet very strong. The buckel is stainless steel.
